Nj Insurance Licensing Schools

Out of violation by the State. Living in California … Speeding Ticket in NJ?

I have a speeding ticket I received during I was renting a car in NJ I naively ignored until now … because I just received an notice of arrest warrant. I am particularly interested in my case, ie NJ-CA. I have a valid driving license in California and my questions are: 1) Is this valid warrant in California, ie, can I stop here? (From: http://www.carinsurance.com/kb/content20603.aspx since CA does not NRVC, the mandate is not honored CA) 2) How many points will I get and I can beat the points by going to school traffic? (After that, I get one point http://www.dmv.ca.gov/dl/vioptct.htm oneoutofstate #) 3) Does it affect my insurance? Another thing you think I should know would be appreciated. Thank you!

Yes this whole matter. Pay the ticket. It'll be hard to go to court to NJ for the ticket and pay details. You'll have to pay the ticket a day. It will eventually catch up Insuarance course without it doubt habit affect much, but yes they will catch up sooner or later. If you are already in default, it is probably too late for driving schools. You should have taken care of that when you got it. Good luck to rent a car again chaulk that. Because they will catch you. California also does not give a damn what happens in a trafficking case in NJ unless it was a crime. Good luck and pay it to do.
